Always prompt and courteous service. Today Anthony was my service advisor and he explained everything to me very well. The driver who gave me a ride home was courteous and a careful driver. The car was ready before I expected and another driver picked me up from home and carefully drove me back to the dealership. The cashier was efficient and courteous.

You continually have to be on guard when getting work done on your car. They try to sell you on services you don’t need or have just had done, and there are extra charges on the bill that are not disclosed upfront. Shuttle services seem to be a joke and take 1+ hour to arrive. Car was returned dirty (various times).

They changed my oil without my consent. They charged it under a miscellanus shop fee. Does anyone do business right nowadays.

I always have a great experience at this dealer. The service advisors and technicians are always very professional and polite. They send pictures and videos of additional services needed, along with the price of the added service. In my most recent visit my service advisor Jared Jones and the service technician did an excellent job. I know that I am in good hands when I bring my car to this location.

Took more than two hours and half hours for 15 months service, also fix me small chips in my windshield. After service, I feel car is having better pickup and feels lighter. Overall good service.

I received an email about a $19.99 oil change offer from them. I scheduled an appointment for 7:00 am, arrived early, and was the 15 car in. Oil change took 3 hours (to be precise 2.54) , this was a basic oil change, without tire rotation or any additional services.. The shop might be suitable for mechanical problems, but it is not ideal for an oil change.
I had tires rotated and oil change. After leaving I noticed vibration and bad ride. After stopping I found my lug nuts on front passenger tire were all loose. I tightened and it drove fine. I tried three times to talk to a manager and each time the phone went dead after an employee said they would connect me. I finally got a place to leave a message, did and no one has called me back. I don’t usually complain but this was not a good experience.
He’s super rude and unprofessional. Bad at his job and rolls his eyes at you when you ask questions !
Its was good but please maintain some tracking system to let the customer know whats the status of their car in live like text messages
dishonest service depart typically requesting to do $1000-$2000 of unnecessary work at a hugely inflated rate on each visit even when asking to check their previous work. then if you refuse their service, they charge hundreds of dollars in diagnostic fees even without providing any useful diagnosis. overall they appear professional but underneath their appearances they are not the most honest shop

Honestly, I do not recommend this place. The staff is disrespectful (especially Shön in sales services); they are pleasant before the sale but rude after the contract has been signed. I really appreciate how they communicate with the customer re the problems with your vehicle. They use text, email and videos to communicate so you always know where you stand. They use text service advisors communicate well. Martin was my advisor.
I purchased a 2024 Toyota Sienna from this dealership and I am posting this because they have gone completely silent after failing to honor every commitment made during the sale. Read this before you buy from them.

Setup appointment with Joe Calamore to have my 2014 Toyota Sequoia serviced and have the valve cover gaskets and spark plugs replaced (I brought parts)dropped off truck and was not able to get rental from dealer due to insurance not being full coverage rented car from enterprise next day pickup truck dirty inside and outside so took to car wash paid $1054 for 5hrs labor and got truck back dirty. Upsell for other service was to the tune of $2493 posted this on Reddit and was adviced to steer clear of the additional repairs.
They are not very communicative. The text they send you says to text with any questions or comments but the service adviser says they don’t get the text messages. They don’t explain to you how their system works when they text you what service needs to be completed. The three different people I interacted with today were not very customer friendly.
Huge thank you to Noah Cheatham for taking care of my tire! He made everything so easy and the whole process was quick and smooth. It’s always nice to work with someone who’s friendly and efficient. Highly recommend him if you’re going through Toyota!
At the dealership in North Austin, I received great service, communication is excellent! Fast service, will be back!
Broke my suspension, basically refused me from driving because of it and gave a discount on replacement but the price was still much more expensive than other quotes. Ended up having to cancel and receive a fine for a missed appointment, miss work, and dealership refused to give more than an additional $12 discount, which was less than the Uber it took to come back to pick up my car.
Very professional, well organized, efficient and top quality work guaranteed and done on time at a reasonable price.

The car service is great. A big shout out to Walter. They even replaced my key fob’s battery which I didn’t ask for.
The salesperson that helped me was great and was very helpful but the finance person was hard to work with as he had multiple prices wrong on paperwork and didn’t honor what I intially signed for for monthly payments and wouldn’t try to find out a solution, he was unreachable and overall had a terrible attitude with helping me.

I completed a purchase of a preowned vehicle that I found online. While the sale went through, everything was fine. My vehicle was with the dealership for approximately 11 days. I hired A transport company to deliver my vehicle and specifically asked the salesman to ensure the interior be cleaned before the vehicle was loaded for transport. I was obviously assured it would be cleaned once I pressed the salesman to do so after he gave me the run around that it had not gotten cleaned because it was raining. I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire patch (a nail in the tire) and was told the job would take approximately 40–45 minutes. I arrived around 4:50 PM and agreed to wait at the service lounge.
Unfortunately, my experience did not match what was promised. I waited with very little communication and had to repeatedly follow up myself. Around 6:00 PM I was told the vehicle would be ready shortly, but delays continued without clear explanation.

Me and my friend stopped over to Group 1 Toyota of North Austin, looking to buy a Toyota Corolla. Saeed Marandi welcomed us as soon as we walked in. He was friendly, very professional, good product knowledge and trustworthy, so we ended up purchasing two Corollas, one for myself. He always answered his phone when we had any questions about vehicles and kept us updated. I highly recommend Saeed our salesman with Group 1 Toyota of North Austin when looking to purchase Toyota automobile.
This Toyota is one of the best. I live walking distance to another and still rather drive the extra miles to come here. Everyone is so sweet and makes sure you are taken care of.
No personally service, no help and no incentive, just here take it or leave it, we don’t need you we can get another customer.
I chose North Austin Toyota as close to my job, to save time. Two hours after arrival, I got my car back. Poor communication at check-in. No one told Casey to come see me, I sat 20 minutes waiting to be checked in. The price on the website was misleading. Shame on me for not asking before handing over my keys.
Service experience was terrible. Almost twice the time that was promised & no communication during that time, despite a request on my part.
My sales guy Robert was fantastic. He made it as simple as possible for me.

Always the same 5 hours waiting with appointments for oil change , there’s no team work , if you ask somebody else nobody know each other
Complete lack of communication about when my vehicle will be finished. I called twice on day one and twice on day 2 and no one ever returned my calls. My service advisor made some excuse about having to go pick up his daughter but that didn’t explain why no call on day 2.
Bad service when over for oil change and asked for them to air up all my tires and they said it would be 1:30 and took them 2 hours and did not air up my tires had too leave an pick kids bad service

Made appointment for oil change days ahead. Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time 10:30 am on Monday March 16, 2026. It took them 3 hours to do the just oil change. This is not my first time. Last oil change took 2:30 hours. One before that took 2 hours. When I told told to my friends they recommended Toyota of Ceder Park. Guss what i am taking the my next oil change, break fluid change, coolant change and fuel system clean to somewhere else. Do not go this place. The waiting are is dirty. Bad attitude of too many lazy service advisors.

The dealer provides the virtual time tracking and the assigned service advisor and the vehicle owner communications continue open during the vehicle being served.
The result of the vehicle diagnose was feedback to the vehicle owner during the service via email.
Mr. Barron addressed the issues and detailed causation of the issues to me when service completed.

I was able to call and make an appointment within 24 hours. I was told by another dealership that the recall repair would take anywhere from 24-48 hours. The team at Toyota North Austin got me in and out within 3 hours! Great Job, team!
Worst service experience I've ever had. Communication was non-existent, couldn't find my service person nor my car. No trust; no thank you.
Services department was terrible. It took three hours to do oil change with appointment. The rear panel screw came off. I request for new screw but not getting done. I noticed it when I got home I called service department but they didn’t pickup the phone. I had to drove back at 4:30 pm and they told me all the mechanics went home. I was asking for the manager and finally I had one technician come out and help. The job was done within 5”. What is the joke!
I went to change oil with the coupon for $29 and cents I show Nikita and at the end he charged me something else and if don’t ask if my car it’s ready never said anything.
My Service advisor was the best He was knowledgeable and gave some very important advice about my new to me truck.

First 5000Mile Service after getting my 2025 RAV4:
1. Wiper blades are out of the socket as in the rubber is sticking out of the harness and that’s one of the multipoint check by Toyota service and was not fixed after going home I realized and fixed it on my own.

They held the truck at the mechanic shop after I bought and didn’t give me the 3 day Group 1 no commitment grace period. I wasn’t even able to have my hands on the truck and the window was closed since it was in their shop past 6 days. Seemed kind of fishy to me think they would stand by that grace period no commitment deal once you leave the dealership since I had no control over it?
Was not a satisfied customer… my settings were off no communication about my recall on this vehicle.
Fast service and quality work. Jared was great getting me in quickly. Liam Collins, my service technician, was thorough and provided great feedback on my vehicle.
